Product Description
It grows mostly in the dryer parts of woods, especially ash woods that often form extensive patches. It is a native of Europe, being distributed also over North America and Northern Asia, but in England it is very local as a wild flower. This perennial that can reach up to nine inches in height, and consists of a pair of leaves, with many clusters of distinct oval shaped and white colored flowers along one side of the stem, and distinctive red berries in the fruiting season.
Ailments traditionally used for Lily of the Valley herb are reducing blood pressure, chronic lung problems, for burns, scar tissue, nervous sensitivity, epilepsy, and for heart pains.
