In traditional medicine, Licorice Root Extract has been used for soothing and healing any inflamed mucous membranes and conditions. It is a corrective agent for other stronger herbal laxatives, modifying their action. It is excellent to cover the taste of agrimony or other bitters in herbal preparations (such as senegal, guaiacum, senna, etc.), and the powdered extract or root is excellent as an excipient (substance used to give preparations a suitable form or consistency) in pills and demulcent troches or lozenges.
Directions: Take 30-40 drops in a small amount of water 3 times daily between meals, or as directed by your Health Care Professional.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Not to be taken during Pregnancy or Lactation. Keep away from Children.
