Dr Christopher's Extra Virgin Olive oil is considered one of the best, least processed, comprising the oil from the first pressing of the olives. It is a natural juice which preserves the taste, aroma, vitamins and properties of the olive fruit.
Studies have shown that olive oil offers protection against heart disease, and colon cancer. Olive oil is unlikely to cause allergic reactions, and as such is used in alot of Dr Christopher's herbal preparations. It has demulcent properties, and mild laxative properties.
